Merry Christmas everyone!

It's finally here! Christmas! I wish you all very merry Christmas, lots of presents and thank you for your support.

And here are my Christmas Eve nails. Yes, it's gradient mani again but I promise that I'll post something different soon ;) I've used China Glaze Sugar Plums from holiday 2010 collection as a base. Then I applied Silver Pumpkin polish to create gradient effect :)

My Xmas trend? Definitely gradient manicures!

I don't know what's happening to me but lately I fell in love with gradient manicures! I love to play with different colours and finishes and Xmas seems to be perfect time for that!

For this manicure I've used Jessica Merlot as a base. Then I've used Ornaments Red glitter polish for gradient effect. Nails had this great jelly-like finish which looked amazing!

So what do you think about gradient effect? Do you like it? I love it!

My first big swap!

Yay! My first international swap is over and I have lots of new polishes thanks to Karen from Frazzle and Aniploish.

Closer to Christmas with OPI Merry Midnight...

Yes, this is also kind of Christmasy mani I wore. I've used last year's holiday polish OPI merry Midnight and on the top of it one layer of Golden Rose Scale Effect #15. It is nice dark plum colour with flakies, it's just gorgeous! I'm sorry for the awful quality of the pictures, it was really dark day :(

I'm in a christmasy mood and so are my nails :)

Here are the first of my christmasy nails :) I'm not going to do xmas-themed stampings, just some basic festive nails. I've used OPI Ali's Big Break and OPI Bring on the Bling.

I really like the shade, it is just perfect winter colour. IAllure is a dark purple creme with really good formula. Yes, Jessica polishes are really nice to apply, brush is easy to work with and dry quite quickly. It did chip after three days at work which is average/good result. I needed only two coats for a full coverage.
