Hello lovelies,

I've got a swatch post for you today - I'm reviewing Glitter Gal creme shades.

"Nail Enamel like no other.  Our cremes are high gloss, have a solid coverage, smooth finish, soft touch, no bleeding, no balding and perfect levelling."

Tan Line - pastel peach creme with beige undertones. I'm starting with the only problematic polish but it will all get much better, I promise ;) The formula itself was good and easy to apply but once I applied topcoat (Glitter Gal Gloss Boss) the colour darkened and kind of shrunk a little bit which you might see at the edges. I think next time I'll try different topcoat. Otherwise the pigmentation was good and all I needed were two thin coats.

Off Your Rocker - medium pink creme. Beautiful shade that I enjoyed wearing and it was perfect for one of my Valentine's Day manicures. It applied very easily and was opaque in two regular coats. The polish dried fast and glossy but it showed the slight imperfection in my nails so I've finished it off with Gloss Boss topcoat.

Fun fact from press release: Apparently Off your rocker means "You are crazy!"

Booze Bus - light pastel lavender creme. This polish was slightly less pigmented so I needed two thicker coats for full coverage. It also dried very fast so I had to work fast to avoid patching. I usually don't wear colour like this as they don't go with my skin tone much but I enjoyed Booze Bus in this nail art manicure.

Fun fact from press release: Booze Bus is how Australians call police vehicle used to catch drunk drivers.

Tart Yourself Up - medium blue creme. It's a beautiful bright blue colour with good formula. All I needed were two regular coats for perfect coverage. It dried fast and glossy but I still applied the Gloss Boss topcoat.

Apparently, Tart Yourself Up is a famous Australian saying for “Get Dressed we are going out for dinner!” How cool!

She's a Cactus - light green creme. I can't really describe this shade - it is light green but not light enough to be called pastel; it is not dark enough to be called medium green. But it is still very pretty shade. The formula was a bit watery and less pigmented so I've applied two thicker coats. It applied easily and dried fast enough. I'm wearing Gloss Boss topcoat as well.

Last fun fact: She's a Cactus means something is dead/broken.

I liked trying out these Glitter Gal shades because the last one I've tried was couple of years ago and I think the formula has improved quite a lot. The only shade I wasn't a big fan of was Tan Line. It didn't suit me and I didn't like the colour change. The rest of the colours were really good and nice to apply. None of them stained my nails.

I've also used Glitter Gal Gloss Boss topcoat on all swatches. The topcoat has slightly thicker formula but applies well and dries very glossy. I've had a broken polish in the package which covered the topcoat bottle and even though I cleaned most of it the bottle doesn't look nice so no picture, sorry. However if you'll be ordering from Glitter Gall I would recommend you trying this topcoat, it is good.

Glitter Gall polishes are available at their official Australian website and you can choose where you live and shop accordingly. They have a US-based stock as well as far as I'm aware.
