Watercolour Flower Nail Art ♥

Hello lovelies,

Hope you've all had a nice weekend! Today I want to show you a manicure that is quite old - I did it back in September 2014 for the Olympia Beauty exhibition in London and never shared it with you. It was an attempt at watercolour-style flowers inspired by Neiru founder Jasmine Oshima. Jasmine has used gel and watercolours if I remember correctly but I've had to improvise and have used nail polish and watered down acrylic paint. I've painted my nails with two coats of white nail polish (Zoya Purity) and then created the watercolour flowers. There's not really much more to say so here are the photos...

So delicate and whimsical. I wonder if they could be done with the alcohol and ink technique? I'm guessing you'd have to be very patient, something which I am not unfortunately. Love them.
