Let's take a little break from nail polish and have a look at what's new in the world of JORD Wooden Watches. I like to wear these so from time to time I show you some of the new pieces. I have promised to review one of their new limited edition Delmar Drift colour combinations. I haven't seen the Delmar Drift watch before and I thought it might be unisex but upon receiving it I've realised this is definitely a male watch. It is massive so I couldn't model it well on my teeny tiny hands so I enlisted the services of my husband.

Let's take a look at the watch first...

All JORD watches that I've got come in a nice wooden box and this piece was no different. The packaging is well-thought and includes a little branded pillow that the watch is wrapped around, little wooden medallion attached to each watch with a logo, instructions booklet and the wooden box with carved logo.

The Delmar Drift watch I've received has a large rectangular watchface with Pearl Carbon background and it's made of Green Sandalwood. Despite this watch being on the large side, it's still very light compared to a metal watch. I couldn't feel any rough or sharp edges and the watch looks very nicely done. There is a wide variety of colour combinations and different woods so there's one for everyone.

• The natural Green Sandalwood is hand finished and pretreated with tung oils

I've been wearing another JORD watch (Ely series, picture below) a lot in the past year and it's one of my favourite watch!

JORD wooden watch would be a great option for a Father's Day, graduation, birthday present or any other occasion, don't you think? My husband happily accepted this piece and is wearing it as an alternative watch.
