Hello lovelies,

How are you all? I've got another tutorial for you inspired by the Swarovski limited edition They're Real! mascara by Benefit. Lovely people from Benefit asked me if I'd like to do an inspired nail art and I was very excited to do so because I love their They're Real! mascara.

Benefit has introduced this beautiful limited edition of this mascara with Swarovski crystals on the cap and I couldn't do anything else than go for a black matte look with crystals on it. I spiced it up with the mascara name across my nails to make it more interesting :)

I really like the edgy look and the letters make it look at least a bit original. Of course if I was to wear mani like this I would probably wear all nails black with crystals but I wanted to do and inspired look. What do you think?

Products I've used to create these nails:

A England Camelot

OPI Matte Top Coat

OPI Natural Nail Base Coat

Seche Vite Top Coat

Swarovski crystals

Nail art brush

Zoya Arizona

And here's how to get that matte & crystal look:

How pretty is this mascara edition!? Normally the packaging is in metallic grey colour but this Swarovski edition is matte black which makes the crystals stand out nicely. It's edgy and kind of bad-ass and I love it! Plus the crystals make it much easier to unscrew and grip the cap.

I'll share with you my views on They're Real! mascara in case you're interested at all ;) I've first got a sample size in a beauty box and since then I've loved the mascara. The firm plastic brush works well separating my lashes and lengthening them a lot whilst not being clumpy. I never apply more than two coats to avoid too much mascara and lashes sticking together. It is also very resistant and stays nice all day and even withstanded some tears. So far only waterproof make-up remover worked (I use this Yves Rocher remover) but Benefit has a special makeup remover for this mascara as well.

Since my first sample size got used up, I bought a full-size and now I've been given this gorgeous Swarovski limited edition. Needless to say - I'm a fan! The only con is the price tag but it's worth it. Regular edition costs £19.50 and this limited edition is sold for £21.50 at Benefit website and their stands.

Hope you've enjoyed today's post and have a lovely day! Lucie x

Hello lovelies,

Nice people from Models Own have set me four colours from their new Twilight HyperGel collection and I've decided to combine them into one manicure..well, a dotticure.

The Twilight collection consists of 13 new HyperGel shades in beautiful autumnal and winter colours. Whole HyperGel collection boasts with wider flat brush for easier application and super glossy formula with gel-like look without the need of UV light.

I've had so much fun creating this look! I've used dotting tools and nail art brush and these four Models Own polishes*: Everyday Grey, Cashmere Pink, Robin Red and Loganberry. All polishes were lovely to work with as their formula is well-pigmeted and not too thick. In the end I've applied Cuccio Matter topcoat to get a different finish and I really liked it! Which version do you like better - glossy or matte?

Models Own Twilight collection is available at www.modelsownit.com, in Bottleshops and in Superdrug.

Have a lovely day! Lucie x
