Summer Challenge Day 8 - Swimming Pool

Hi everybody!

Today's Summer Challenge theme is Swimming Pool so I've decided to recreate the sparkling shining water using foil.

I've used two coats of China Glaze Splish Splash as a base colour. When the polish dried I've applied foil glue randomly in short strokes. After the glue dried I started dabbing the foil on the nail. I've used different shades of blue and blue-ish green to create the changing colour.

Models Own Ballearic Cool - Review and swatches

Hello lovelies!


I'm a bit late with this review, sorry. I have some new-ish Models Own polishes that yet need to be reviewed. Those include the Hed Kandi polishes and Indian Ocean, the new addition to Beetlejuice collection.

Ballearic Cool - aqua blue sorbet. Wow! This colour is awesome, isn't it? Very bright but not neon and the sorbet formula makes jelly-looking. But this beauty comes with a price...not the price tag...but with very sheer formula! I'm wearing three thick coats which is quite poor to be honest. But what you can do is to apply it over similar coloured better pigmented polish or over white. Otherwise the polish applied nicely, drying time was rather average, not fast drying and it removed easily.
