Hello lovelies,

I'm SO EXCITED to share today's post with you! The secret is out - I have designed a stamping plate in collaboration with Bundle Monster! My own plate, yay! This collaboration has started back in April so I had to keep this under the wraps and believe me, it wasn't easy!

I was surprised and honoured that Bundle Monster approached me with proposal to design my plate and I was even more appreciative after I found out there are only 10 of us doing this project (I hope there will be more in the future though)! I instantly started to think about the direction in which to take the designs. I've decided to translate my love for florals and patterns into this plate. You can find some hard-to-do zentangle patterns, a kaleidoscope-like floral design, pretty feathers and more! Many of them are great for creating stamping decals or for the leadlighting technique.

Without further ado, this is my plate:

It's so nice to see my blog name on the plate as well! The plate itself is numbered BM-XL209 and it has 12 different designs in XL size so it nicely fits longer nails like mine. It is etched very well and each one stamped beautifully for me (stamped designs below with B. Loves Plates B. a Twilight stamping polish).

Above is just a basic monochrome stamped manicure ready for some leadlighting. I've used Morgan Taylor Chrome Base and Hit The Bottle As Black as Night stamping polish.

What Bundle Monster says about the plate:

"It is so easy to fall in love with this ultra feminine collaboration nail plate created by Lucy's Stash (BM-XL209)! Get gorgeous details and fine lines with ease using this girly nail plate. We are uber excited how this XL stamping plate came out, and us at Bundle Monster and Lucy's Stash hope to see you rocking these designs on your newest nail art manicures soon!"

I've of course done more than just one manicure with 'my' plate so here's next one where I've tested this plate a bit more:

I have opted for full feathery design where the background peeks out through the silver. Again, the image stamped beautifully and I had absolutely no issue which makes me really happy! For this manicure I have used three 'Ard As Nails polishes in Juju, Blogger Girl and Bex Smiles. They all had very nice formula and worked well for the gradient background. Then I stamped over it with China Glaze Millennium. What do you think of the result..and my collab plate?

You can buy Bundle Monster + Lucy's Stash BM-XL209 as a single plate for $4.99 or in a set of five for $15.99 (currently sold out, expected restock mid-November). Thank you Bundle Monster for such amazing opportunity and stamping plate!

You can no WIN one plate for yourself! Enter through the Rafflecopter widget below to win one of six plates.. Good luck!

Hello lovelies,

How are you all? Sorry I've been so quiet lately, the wedding preparations combined with my lack of motivation lately caused me to slack with posting. I feel bad about it but I guess after 5 years of full on, almost every day blogging finally took its toll. Maybe that's why today's nail art isn't exactly amazing but it's still good enough to show it to you :)

For today I have prepared a review of five Bundle Monster Polynesia Stamping Plates and I've done a stamped nail art of course! So let's start with the nail art...

I have started with a coat of Dance Legend As You Wish (reviewed here). Then I've used the dry brush technique to apply Dance Legend aquarelle polishes Levitan, Tiziano, Picasso, Rafael, Dali, Sisley. This wasn't enough for me so I stamped over the colourful background with white Essence stamping polish and a floral design from Bundle Monster Polynesia plate BM-XL108.

The stamping plate comes from the new Bundle Monster Polynesia series that has 4 sets with 5 plates each (so 20 new plates). I have the Land Of Aloha set. So far I have tried few designs from different plates and all stamped without a hitch. Each plate also has hard plastic backing which I always like to see because it reduces chances of sharp edges. Some of the designs don't have the thinnest lines that I don't know if that was intent or not. Either way, the quality is good and for the price of just under $4 per plate it's a great value.

How I wish I could just snap my fingers and be in Hawaii! These Polynesian plates certainly entice me :) I also really enjoyed testing the Dance Legend polishes from the Aquarelle collection - tinted polishes great for leadlighting technique. They are less pigmented that the new Formula X and OPI polishes so they layer better.

What do you think of this colourful design and fun Polynesian plates?

Have a lovely day! Lucie x
