Hello lovelies,
Today's glitter gradient is a bit different from the ones I've done previously because I've used loose glitter! Lovely Franziska from Fanzis has send me a set of 10 glitters to play with and this is the first manicure I've done with them.
Fanzis is a Danish brand by Franziska Christensen who is nail technician herself and uses these glitters for her work. She has 25 different glitters and Appeal4 nail polish line to offer. There is also a nail gallery and blog on her site so it's worth a visit.
Let's have a look at my manicure:
I have used Dance Legend Enamel Glass #1049 as a base and dark grey holographic Fanzis glitter. The glitters don't have names, only numbers on the website so I'm not so sure about the number for this one as it's not on the pot. As a last step I've sealed the glitter with a coat of Seche Vite. It didn't make the nails completely smooth but either two coats of topcoat or patting down and flattening the glitter more would help.
Fanzis glitter is regular size, it's not very fine nor chunky as you can see in the next picture.
Set of 10 glitters comes in this cute branded plastic box and you can choose any selection of colour you want just like I did. Many of them have holographic effect and all are beautifully sparkly and each pot holds 10 grams of glitter.
EDIT: I have done a 'Glitter Porn' video showing all 10 glitters up close!
Franziska has offered a 3-week temporary 15% discount on all glitters so you can just shop as usual, no need to use any code. The glitters & polishes are available in the Fanzis store.
I'm off tomorrow to The Body Shop HQ for some special project so there will be no post tomorrow. Don't forget to enter my current giveaway if you haven't already and have a lovely day! Lucie x
