I got recently some Kleancolor Chunky Holo polishes thanks to Karen from Frazzle and Aniploish and they are just beautiful! So I couldn't resist to layer it over SpaRitual Shooting Star. The light was pretty terrible and I took the pictures after 4 days of wearing so the manicure doesn't look that great. But I still wanted to show you the pictures (even they are terrible quality) because I couldn't stop staring at my nails and the rainbow colours.

So this mani has been done with two coats of SpaRitual Shooting Star and one layer of Kleancolor Chunky Holo Bluebell.

Hello ladies :) It's time to show you the second part of the China Glaze Metro Collection - Downtown. This half of the collection if full of unusual shades. Downtown consists of the Skyscraper, Concrete Catwalk, Westside Warrior, Trendsetter, Loft-y Ambitions and Midtown Magic.

Skyscraper -  fine blue and silver glitter in a blue jelly base. This is the second glitter polish of the collection and it's great for layering! It applies nicely and formula is not watery. One layer dries very fast but a bit gritty. But when I've applied second and third coat it wasn't gritty anymore. However I would still recommend top coat. For this pictures I haven't used base coat or top coat. As it's a glitter polish, you will fond removing it bit more difficult. The foil method is perfect for this.

Skyscraper over Urban Night - beautiful!!! In reall life it looked like a starry night!

Trendsetter - chartreuse green colour with yellow undertones and fine gold particles. Very, very unusual shade. The pigmentation is very good and it applied very nicely. I don't know why but to me this shade smelled much stronger than the rest. Weird :) Also when I was removing it I've experienced the gold particles sticking to my skin.

Midtown Magic -  green and gold glitter particles in a dark purple jelly base. It might look like dark brown jelly but it is not. When applying the first layer you can see the blackened purple colour which gets much darker and opaque when adding more coats. I needed 2 coats for a full coverage and despite being jelly it applied very easily. As with Trendsetter, the polish will leave glitter particles on your skin when removing.

When removing you'll discover tho load of glitter particles in the polish!

Concrete Catwalk - dark grey creme with blue undertones. This polish is very pigmented, the first coat was opaque for about 90%. Just to make it perfect, I've used two coats. The application was flawless, easy and the finish was really shiny even without top coat. No problems with removal.

Loft-y Ambitions - dark burgundy red with brown undertones and pinkish shimmer. The formula was very nice and pigmented, application smooth and drying time reasonably long. I've used two coats for a full coverage and no base coat or top coat.

 In the direct sunlight

Westside Warrior - khaki green creme shade. This polish is again very nicely pigmented and application was flawless. I could possibly need just one coat but I've used two. It's nice and shiny shade and removal is very easy.

The second half of the collection did not dissapoint me. The formula of all the polishes is great, pigmented and easy to apply. Additionally, all the polishes are very shiny. Even Skyscraper is great glitter polish which can be worn alone thanks to the blue jelly base.

Overally this collection is a great selection of shades with even better quality standard. I think everybody can find their favourite shade as I did. My favourite shades are definitely Traffic Jam, Midtown Magic and CG In The City - pretty conservative choice, huh? So what do you say to the Trendsetter or Westside Warrior? Do you like to wear unusual colours?
