Showing posts with label holographic

Hello lovelies,

Long time no see! I've been very busy in my personal life but I have good news - I have two Halloween designs and tutorials for them in the works so hopefully I'll show them to you soon :)

But today I want to show you ILNP Diablo, a gorgeous vampy red polish packed with holographic particles. This shade is just perfect for Autumn/Winter season and I enjoyed wearing it for full five days. Let's check out this beauty:

ILNP Diablo was introduced as a part of Fall 2015 collection and I bought it straight away on pre-order back in 2015. Unfortunately, I didn't get to wear it till recently. I'm glad I finally got to it because ILNP polishes are just perfect.

Diablo had easy-to-apply formula that dried fast and smooth and two coats were fully opaque. The dried finish was a bit satin on me rather than glossy but I applied to coat anyway so it wasn't a problem. The scattered holo effect is very strong in direct sunlight and very subtle indoors/in the shade.

What do you think of Diablo? Would you dare to wear it? ;) You can buy Diablo and all the other amazing ILNP polishes at www.ilnp.com

Have a lovely day! Lucie x

Hello lovelies,

Let's pretend it's Autumn season already and I can finally dress my fingernails into a beautiful dusty purple holo - A England Kalinka*. I've received this polish few months back when the Summer was in full swing and I didn't get to it for a long time. But I can finally show you this stunner!

Kalinka is one of five new A England shades that form the Russian Soul collection. This collection is a tribute to Russian music and dance and all colours will be absolutely perfect for the Autumn/Winter season. Each shade has a subtle holographic effect which shows in direct sunlight.

At first glance, Kalinka is a grey metallic polish but after looking at it closer, it reveals gorgeous purple sheen and subtle holo effect. The formula was very easy to apply and it was fully opaque in two coats. It dried fast and glossy but can be little bit streaky. But after I applied top coat, any streaks blended nicely.

Kalinka was great like all previous A England polishes I've tried so I'm already looking forward to trying the other colours from the Russian Soul collection. If you'd like to get your hands on these polishes, you can purchase them at A England website and at various international stocklists.

I hope you've enjoyed today's review and have a lovely rest of the day! Lucie x
