Hello lovelies,

it's the last day of the month and that means the Nailvengers Assemble! challenge. Joining me in the challenge will be Sammy (The Nailasaurus), Alice (One Nail To Rule Them All), Allie (Brit Nails) and Amelia (xAmeliax).

This month's theme is Untried Polishes, polishes we are trying for the first time. I am going for a simple Floating French manicure I've seen ORLY technicians do at the Professional Beauty exhibition in London in February. I love how chic and simple this design looks so I've also prepared a video tutorial for you.

It was quite fun to create this design because it was so easy! I have used Rimmel Lose Your Lingerie and Midnight Rendezvous.

Here's the promised tutorial:

Rimmel London polishes are available in drugstores in UK, at Rimmel London website and online at Superdrug and Boots.

If you recreate any of our manicures then please use #nailvengers, we would love to see! You can also follow us on Facebook:

Hello lovelies,

Hope you're all well :) My holiday is coming to an inevitable end but I still have two more days left. Today I'll see four friends so I'm really looking forward to it.

Today's post is about flowers. I love floral manicures, I've always have so I've done another one. This time I aimed for a bit uneven, roughed up finish rather than precise flowers.

I've used Rimmel Breakfast In Bed as a base colour and then thinned down Rimmel Rita Rouge with nail polish thinner and roughly painted flower petals. Then I've painted unevenly a black outline to give it a rough look and black dot in the middle. Lastly, I've finished off with gold leaves and swirls and dotted flower centre. For that I've used Models Own 25 Carat Gold polish, a special Dog's Trust edition. I purchased the rings in Born Pretty Store (LUHH10 for 10% discount).

Have a lovely day everyone and let me know what you think ;) Love, Lucie x
