Hello lovelies,

Today's manicure incorporates three beautiful Darling Diva polishes from the Queen inspired collection (reviewed here). All three are duochromes with holographic particles in them so it's given that they look stunning. I have used a striping tape to help me get straight lines, white acrylic paint and Seche Vite topcoat to seal the design.

The shades used are: Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Bohemian Rhapsody and Killer Queen.*

I've just realised I've had swatches of this beautiful Bad Apple polish and I haven't published it! So today it will be all about Bad Apple 3D Arkansas and of course about the big Hobby Polish Bloggers Winter Giveaway that I'm part of!

Bad Apple 3D Arkansas is a blue duochrome with a shift to dark blue and purple. In its lightest it almost looks like turquoise, it's very beautiful! I've applied one coat over China Glaze Tongue & Chic which is dark emerald/teal shimmer.

The formula was easy to apply but not very pigmented. I would need three coats for full coverage so I've layered it over darker nail polish. Dark or black polish makes the duochrome effect to stand out much more and you'll need just one coat of 3D Arkansas. It dried fast and glossy but I still applied topcoat. Overall, it's a very pretty polish that I enjoyed wearing and I caught myself looking at my nails all the time :)
