Hello girls,

Ooh, I have something very special today. Thanks to my dear friend Dejnicka, I now own a bottle of BeYu Brilliant Shiraz 131 which is close colour to Clarins 230. The bottle is very small, only 8ml.

Brilliant Shiraz is best as a layering polish but if used alone, you’ll need 2-3 coats. On this manicure I layered Brilliant Shiraz over Deborah Lippmann Razzle Dazzle. The colour shifts from dark raspberry colours through orange to green. I couldn’t capture the green shades properly because they mostly appear in very poor lighting.

Razzle Dazzle - berry coloured glitter in blackened raspberry jelly. I've used two thicker coats for this level of coverage and I was perfectly happy with it. It applied ok but when the polish dried it was quite gritty so I had to use a coat of Seche Vite topcat to smooth it out. Overall, I really like this polish and also Deborah Lippmann brand (*secretly lemming for Mermaid's Dream*)
