silver - Lucy's Stash

I wanted to try Checked mani for a long time and I finally found the time :) I've used China Glaze QT as a base holographic colour and then created different colour squares using a tape. The check colours are intentionally assymetric, I like it better :) The black squares are Color Club Black and silver ones are China Glaze Millennium.

Edit: Yes, it took me few hours and it was a lot of effort :D Do you think it was worth it?

I haven't really done any winter or Christmas designs except the gradient manicures so here is one for you :) The weather and light outside has been absolutely awful for the past few days so excuse the poor quality.

Wild Wisteria - very dark creme purple with cool undertones. This nail polish comes from the spring collection Bloom 2010. It applied very nicely and smoothly and it was almost one-coater. I've used two coats for a full coverage. Overally it is a good polish with great formula and brush.
