Hello lovelies,

My aim today is to brighten your day with two things - pretty holographic polish and flowers :)

A England has released two new shades at the beginning of this year - Whispering Waves (reviewed here) and Sparks Divine. Both polishes are new additions to the always-expanding additions to the Heavenly Quotes line. There was an initial confusion with Sparks Divine. Adina, the creator of A England has received a batch of Sparks Divine in slightly different colour than it was supposed to, so she asked me and presumably other bloggers to hold off with the review and she sent me the correct a and more beautiful version of Sparks Divine. Unfortunately, by the time I've received the new bottle I was swamped with other work so that's why I'm posting this review quite late. Nevertheless, I adore the photos and I want to share them with you!

Sparks Divine - caramel brown holographic polish. This polish has two faces - subtle and elegant look in the shade and bold, sparkly and colourful in the sunlight. I've applied two thicker coats and topcoat for the finish in photos. The formula was very easy to apply but I thought it was slightly less pigmented than other A England polishes - hence the thicker coats. But I generally apply thicker coats because I'm too lazy to do 3! :D Sparks Divine dried fast and smooth and with semi-satin finish so I applied topcoat as well.

I'm still undecided whether I like this polish better in the shade or in the sunshine. As you can see, both options look beautiful in their own way. It's a lovely and quite office-friendly colour and there are not that many caramel brown holos out there.

Sparks Divine and other collections are available at A England website or from one of the international distributors.

What do you think of this polish?

Have a lovely day! Lucie x

Hello lovelies,

I've got an early peek at the SpaRitual Spring 2015 collection called Rhythm and I will show you the only glitter polish in it - Pattern. Rhythm collection will be released around the end of January and will consist of six colours in total. As always, SpaRitual polishes are vegan and cruelty-free.

Pattern is a cool-toned grey brown creme base with burnt orange hex glitter and orange flakes. It's a very unusual polish and I certainly don't have any other like this one in my collection. The formula was somewhat thicker than usually, probably because of the amount of glitter and flakes. Despite that I managed to apply two coats just fine. I finished off with a coat of topcoat. I recommend using thicker topcoat because Pattern has quite bumpy finish due to the glitter.

I think Pattern is quite unusual and earthy colour for Spring especially when the rest of the collection is made up of pastel and bright shades. Nevertheless it's unique and I'm glad to have tried it.

The Rhythm collection will be available at SpaRitual US and SpaRitual UK websites and at the usual outlets at the end of January/beginning of February.

Have a nice day! Lucie x
