Hello lovelies,

When Dazzle ry reached to me I was quite happy to test their products because I've seen only great reviews. I've been testing Dazzle Dry Quick-Dry Nail System together with their polishes (reviewed here) for some time now.

The set consists of three products - Nail Prep (30ml), Base Coat (15ml) and Top Coat (15ml).

About: "Non-yellowing formula without Nitrocellulose and the harmful ingredients of Camphor, Formaldehyde, Toluene and Phthalate. Save to use during pregnancy."

I have followed the instructions as described on the box. Firstly I washed my hands and then wiped nails with Nail Prep. Then I've applied Base Coat which is very watery, dries fast and satin. Then I applied two coats of Dazzle Dry Rapid Red and one coat of Top Coat and let it dry for 5 minutes. After measured 5 minutes I poked into the nail polish with my nail and surprisingly it didn't leave a mark...could it really work as described? Well I think it does work very well. Of course I wouldn't usually go poking my freshly polished nails right after 5 minutes but it's great that the nails dry and harden fast.

Below are freshly painted nails...

...and the following pictures are after 5 days of wearing on my right hand. I'm right-handed so I use my right hand more often and it usually shows on the nail polish more prominently (if that makes sense).

As you can see, there are some major chips which occured on day 4 & 5. The tipwear was minor and the gloss slightly faded. I think applying second layer of topcoat on day 2 or 3 could extend the gloss and prevent some of the chipping. The system doesn't promise long wear but fast-drying system which it imo delivers.

As a fast-drying system, I'm happy with it and I will be using it. I'm also putting it on my mental list for when I'll be pregnant in the future. By being safe during pregnancy, Dazzle Dry definitely has a huge plus from me.

Hello lovelies,

today I'm testing nail foils from Tmart e-shop I got for review. I love to play with nail foils and I'm always after new patterns and colours. Once I figured out how to work with nail foils it meant endless possibilities and combinations...only if I'd had more time on my hands.

I have decided to test out a plain gold foil that can add a super effect to almost any colour. In this case I've chosen dark brown Zoya Louise as a base colour and gold foil from the Tmart 12-colour nail foil set. I wanted to achieve kind of a ragged look, not just smooth foil so I've used the Best Glue Ever which is thicker than regular nail foil glue. The thick glue causes uneven glue finish when applied with a small brush.

So basically what I've done is I've stamped the pattern with black nail polish so it would be visible but not intrusive. Then I applied foil glue to the black pattern and once it dried I stamped the foil on nail. The foil worked very well as did the other colours so I can only recommend it. These are all the nail foils I got in the set but apparently the colours may vary:

The set of 12 foils cost £6.35 so that works out at 53p per one...bargain if you ask me! There is free shipping so no extra cost there either. Each comes in a plastic container protecting the foil. You can check them out and purchase the '12 Colors Star Paper Professional Nail Sticker' set here. It's a strange product name as these are not really stickers and they are not a paper :)

Do you use nail foils? Leave me a link to your manicure and I'll be sure to visit your blog and check it out!

Have a lovely day
