You all are probably very curious what is the nail polish in the picture right? It is Tart Deco!

Hey guys! I've got here one Essie nail polish which does not have the sticker and I want YOU to tell me what shade it is. It is used nail polish, swatched but if you want and you will know the right answer, you can win it!
