Hello lovelies,

It's piCture pOlish Monday again and I'm reviewing the gorgeous Monroe! I hope you didn't miss previous piCture pOlish Monday posts, you can check them out here and here.

Monroe is dark berry red jelly with scattered holographic particles. The shade is deep and shiny in the shade but colourful and sparkly in the sun. It is well-pigmented for a jelly formula. I'm wearing two thicker coats which provided me a good coverage. It applied easily and dried average probably due to the thicker coats. I've applied topcoat.

I've used earrings as a decorative prop which are from Talullah Tu. They are Silver Layered Chain Crystal Earrings, really nice and sparkly. I'll be packing them up for my holiday!
