Foiled Nails with Models Own Gumballs - Abstract Nail Art Design

Hello lovelies,

I've recently bought Dance Legend AQUA genetic which is supposed to be a base coat for holographic polishes BUT I know that it can be used as topcoat over nail foils! So obviously I've had to try it straight away...

I went with a very simple abstract design where I've layered four nail foil colours over Models Own Gumballs.

I'm quite happy with the look, these abstract and colourful mixes look very cool and there isn't easier mani to do with foils than this one. The Dance Legend AQUA genetic (I bought mine at Rainbow Connection) worked brilliant as a topcoat. It didn't crinkle the foils nor did it stripped the colour. I am yet to try some other holo bases like FNUG and Picture Polish but I'm already over the moon that this one works perfectly! If you would like to see some nail foil tutorials, I've done one here and some here.
