some time ago I've received a Chi Nails glow in the dark polish for a review and I thought to myself - cool, it will be great for Halloween :)

I've applied two thicker coats on bare nails with basecoat only. As you can see the polish is not opaque so I would suggest applying it over white. That usually makes the glow in the dark effect stronger. It has blue tint in it but it is not heavily pigmented. Formula was a bit like glue - thick and smelly. It took a bit longer to dry as well.

I've tried to capture the glow in the dark effect but all my pictures are quite blurry even when I used tripod :-/ As you can see the polish glows nicely even without the white base. The effect got weaker withing minutes of turning off the lights.
