Half-moon Floral Nail Art over Zoya Channing

Hello lovelies,

Hope you're all well and getting ready for Thanksgiving (if you live in US). Today I have here another practice manicure - I'm still trying to learn how to use the Nails Supreme nail art pens so sometimes my lines are a bit shaky.

I love doing different half-moon nail art variations and I'm particularly proud of this one because I've never seen anything similar to it. My inspiration was a centre of an exotic flower :)

I have used Zoya Channing and Nails Supreme Nail Art pen and Seche Vite topcoat to seal the design.

Hello lovelies,

 

When I swatched OPI DS Lapis (reviewed here) it instantly reminded me of Chanel Night Sky thanks to the silver glitter. Lapis is much brighter blue than Chanel. I thought I would recreate my Night Sky nail art manicure that proved to be quite popular.

 

I have used two coats of OPI DS Lapis, white acrylic paint and Seche Vite topcoat.

I've decided to do one of those 'before & after' pictures where I compared the same nail art design now and some time ago...The first picture was shot in natural light with my old camera and the second picture was shot in lightbox with my new camera.
